Coaching only works when there's trust, and that includes how we handle your information. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Information you give us. When you fill out a contact form, book a consultation, purchase a coaching program, subscribe to emails, or opt in to text messages, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, company or organization, job title, billing information, and anything you choose to share in a form or message.

Coaching information. If you become a client, we may collect information you share during sessions, intake questionnaires, and leadership assessments. This information is treated as confidential (see "Coaching Confidentiality" below).

Information collected automatically. When you visit our website, our website platform may collect standard technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and referring website, using cookies and similar technologies.

HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use your information to respond to your inquiries, schedule and deliver coaching sessions, process payments and send invoices, send appointment reminders and service updates, send newsletters or occasional updates you've opted in to, improve our website and services, and meet legal and accounting obligations.

COACHING CONFIDENTIALITY

What you share in coaching stays between you and your coach. We do not share session content, assessment results, or personal details from our work together with anyone, including an employer or sponsor, without your permission. When an organization sponsors a coaching engagement, any sponsor check-ins are agreed on with you in advance. Exceptions apply only where disclosure is required by law or needed to prevent serious harm.

TEXT MESSAGING (SMS)

If you opt in to receive text messages from Peak Leadership Coaching, we collect your mobile phone number and a record of your consent. We use this information only to send the messages you signed up for, such as [CONFIRM: session reminders, scheduling updates, and occasional news about coaching programs and events].

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Information may be shared only with service providers that help us deliver the messages (such as our website and messaging platform), and they may not use it for their own purposes.
