Includes:

Six (6) 50-minute individual coaching sessions
Email support between sessions
One (1) core leadership assessment
Up to three (3) 15-minute micro-coaching check-ins

Engagement Term: Three months from the Effective Date

Payment Term: Three equal monthly installments of $600. The first installment is due upon signing this Agreement and before the first coaching session. Subsequent installments will be due monthly on the same date.
