Includes:

Twelve (12) 50-minute individual coaching sessions
Unlimited email support throughout the engagement
Up to three (3) leadership assessments
One (1) midpoint review with the client's sponsor, when applicable
Up to three (3) 15-minute micro-coaching check-ins

Engagement Term: Six months from the Effective Date

Payment Term: Six equal monthly installments of $600. The first installment is due upon signing this Agreement and before the first coaching session. Subsequent installments will be due monthly on the same date.
